New Volunteers join the Crew

We are delighted to share some exciting news about the expansion of the Festival’s Crew with the addition of four new members who join us from Lethem, St Cuthbert’s Mission and Georgetown. Leanna and Kyle, volunteers since 2018, strengthen our base in Lethem, Cassie (St. Cuthbert’s) performed with a traditional dance group at the Festival in 2019 and Ransford, now in Georgetown but originally from Rewa, has been supporting the Festival for over two years.

They are all excited to be a part of the team and we look forward to their contributions – ideas, energies, participation and support – as we move beyond the current Covid-19 crisis. All have been involved with the Festival in the past as volunteers and performers and we look forward to a new and exciting phase of development with this expanded Crew.
